This active Vinyasa-style class lets each teacher lead with creativity. This practice expands on the foundations of your yoga practice, and introduces students to simple arm balances and inversions to advance their practice. YIN VYBE

In our busy, driven culture, it’s important we learn to relax, quiet ourselves and focus inward. Yin is a serene class, designed to open up deep connective tissues, lubricate joints and promote a sense of wellbeing. As you incorporate this class into your regular practice, the body experiences new depths in postures, deeper ranges of motion and even an increased flow of energy. Yin is perfect for all fitness levels, after a tough fitness class or as a destination of its own. (This class is heated 80-85° degrees)

Cancellation Policy

If a preregistered class needs to be cancelled, it must be done 2 hours prior to class time to avoid a late cancelation charge. All classes are nonrefundable and nontransferable. No show and late cancels will be charged $20. 

"Late Cancel" appears when the online cancellation period has passed. This option can be used to allow another person to register in that availability.
